Do you have an outdoor gas meter where the enclosure is damaged and unsightly? This is a replacement cover which you can fit to your existing back panel. It's a standard "Mark 1 surface mounted" type used, I think,  in  the 1980s. The cover fits over the meter and pipes. - there's no need to disconnect anything. It's only suitable if your existing box is exactly the same type as this.
